It took them over 4 weeks to deliver my order, they didn’t even bother to notify me that the order will be late. Poor customer service, poor delivery time the product in the end was delivered and was ok but I would not recommend buying their products online. This is the second time I bought something from here and this time the delivery time was a bit better but not great. And the first time when it was late they didn’t send me an email that I could post the review so I guess that’s why they don’t have a lot of bad reviews on their website. They moderate every review I tried to post on their website as well.
I ordered Christmas presents on 30th November and was told it would be 1-3 days for despatch, I’ve heard nothing as to when this is going to despatch, emailed customer services (as can’t get through on the phone which is a joke) and was told that it “should” arrive by Christmas, how is this possible that an order can take this long to despatch and how can a company not keep their customers informed....it is absolutely disgusting how bad their customer service is. I appreciate this is unprecedented times and everything has to be COVID secure, but if you can’t cope with Black Friday / cyber Monday deals then don’t do them. Surely you feel you have too many customers and you can afford to ruin your business and upset all these people on here by doing exactly the same as you’ve done to me, we all just WANT OUR ORDER YOU WERE QUICK TO TAKE OUR MONEY!!!!! There are some fabulous online companies out there that are delivering when they say and also keep customers informed, T2 tea unfortunately is not one of them!!!! I just would like an update as to where my order is!!!!!

I bought the double walled glass flask with the description implying that it is fit to be used on the go. To give it credit, the infusion part of the bottle worked fine and it did keep my tea warm for a decent time, HOWEVER the bottle is so fragile that it smashed in my bag side pocket. So - great infuser, rubbish if you so much as bump it.
I love T2 with all my heart. I love their tea so much that I wish they offered decaf ranges of all my favourites so I could drink them more frequently without the caffeine overload. Staff in shops are always incredible friendly too. The only teensy downside is they don't restock their online products as often as I'd like - have been waiting about three months for a tea to be back in stock and still no sign!
I replaced 4 orders with T2 since December 2020 loved and kept them all . But unfortunately my first order with them the the tea pot lid was broke l tried to contact them by numerous emails to ask for refund but no reply.. Then l tried to phone them but unfortunately that goes to e voice message despite their message says “ please leave a message and your number we will get back to you quicker then you can say 123 “ ???????? joke . They don’t get back at all . I won’t order again their customer service is terrible... ????

I’ve recently purchased a tea set and box of French Earl Grey tea.
The order took all 8 days to be despatched with no email. It just went from “in progress” to “complete“ in my account.
I emailed them what “complete” means as I haven’t got any confirmation email or tracking number from them.
No reply to any of my messages no despatch notification at all.
On day 12 I got text from DHL that my order is coming.
All arrived safely and I love my new tea set so much! The tea is gross but that’s on my taste buds not the T2tea.
Solely based on my experience I would buy from T2 again, however seeing how other costumers have been treated, I won’t.

Beautiful teapot, delicious tea.
well packaged and arrived fairly promptly especially considering covid.
The company notified me that it would take longer than normal to process my order due to covid.
They communicated well and dispatched the order in the timeframe they projected.
With covid there has been a surge in online shopping. Especially on approach to Christmas. Observing social distancing rules means they can't take on extra staff to cope with this. Hence longer times. It is fair enough that a company finds themselves in a situation like T2 have. They have responded admirably and continue to deliver quality products.

I ordered my item on the 13th of December expecting the arrival to be tight ahead of Christmas. However, after zero contact from T2 and chasing them on Boxing Day, I finally heard on the 30th of December that they have now sold out of the item without processing my order, and had to cancel it.
There was information on the website that dispatch could take 8 days, which is crazy in of itself, but this is beyond 'inconvenience'. As the same item was then in the sales on Boxing Day, I do not accept the excuse this was simply out of stock. Their basic process for handling online orders has failed.
They have begun the process of sending me a refund, but this does not satisfactorily replace either the item ordered, the lack of a gift for a close family member on Christmas Day (and now thereafter), or the inconvenience of dealing with this situation. I would expect them to at least make an effort to resolve the situation by sourcing the item in-store, many of which are clearly available via 'click and collect' (if I could do so I would, except for the significant distances and tier four Covid-19 restrictions).
I have always had excellent service in store but I doubt I will ever order online again.
Unacceptably long wait in receiving this delivery and no communication in between, other than the basic message on their website about delays.
However, once the order finally arrived, it was accurate and nicely wrapped.
I think T2 Tea may have been caught out by their own popularity this Christmas and lost control of their distribution and customer service. Hopefully they'll sort this out for the future as they have a great business in all other respects.

Was a bit worried after reading these reviews but order arrived within 2 days of ordering. Gorgeous teapot that was beautifully wrapped. I was so pleased I placed another order. Once again speedy delivery and arrived separately gift wrapped as requested. Fantastic service.
order came on time, beautifully packaged. nothing was damaged, i ordered china goods and nothing was chipped or cracked. have ordered again since.
Gift vouchers are a very bad buy, I don't have a store locally & when I did find one I was told it had expired, 12 months is pitiful. This company cares more about it's bottom line than it's customers
